Review:
Of course, this movie was a ton of hype and what film can live up to all that .... yada yada yada. Even allowing for this, the film is really disappointing. The film proves that it was not just special effects that made Star Wars fun to watch. It was as if George Lucas enjoys so what can be done with CGI effects, he forgot what made the original trilogy so great, which is written and characters. This is not a bad movie, but many. problems, many people have forgiven this movie to be lackluster as they just say first in a trilogy and this is just another set up everything to follow. WRONG WRONG wrong, this film needed to be in the film itself first and foremost as were three other films. There was no need to have good characters and the story somewhat interesting .... it didnt.-conflict story revolves around trade dispute taboo and the fate of the planet. Does anyone really care about this? Details of the dispute are somewhat vague and what is revealed is not really generate enough interest to deter us ; separate wing. Darth major conflict Sideous and its progress will be kept far in the background. We do not even know why Darth Maul casáuy Jedis so much .... it just does. Lucas Darth Maul probably be quite similar to Boba Fett (quiet and mysterious). It works with Boba Fett because he was only a supporting character, not the main villian. In fact there is no clear villian of the film. I wish someone would have had the courage and Lucas just said that his basic story is lousy.-No one seems particularly happy in this movie. Qui-Gon is really the only character that can be associated with it and even less away. Queen acted as a model in many of his scenes (and looks like one). Poor Obi-Kenobi wander aimlessly through the whole movie and never say anything interesting. The characters never seem to talk about nothing wahâny plot (unlike in the first film). C3PO and R2-D2 was pretty pointless. Jedi Council comes across as extremely cold and buracratic. And I will never understand why they write Annakin as a child in school klasëne in this movie. He must have been a teenager. His scenes with hard mbretëreshëne. She was not even going to discuss other things Jar.Various jar ... Midochlorians-thing seems to have been added. Humor falls flat if you're a tad too small. Annakin merchant ship destroyed at the end and everyone safves, basically wrong! George Lucas and ILM seem to be so happy with their new toys CGI they spend 95% of their time perfecting them. In fact I thought Return of the Jedi FX clearer, more dimensional and less cartoonish. Nothing all that memorable seem to happen here. This movie may not have been as good as the hype, but it easily could have been much better than this. I waited so long for this movie, but the first time I saw this movie I was bored in the middle of it.There really time , well there. Pod race was fun, as was the light saber battle at the end. There are some very nice effects all special. Hopefully Lucas just had writers block when he wrote this. She can remember what other movies made, and the time for Episode II. Although he seems to have already failed title.
