Review:
I just returned from seeing a preview of special assistance, which is due to theaters this summer. Okay, so here's the truth: I'm a middle-aged white men ... I have not read the book and I figured, based on the fact that it is almost all female cast, it is a kind of chicken flick. Children, I was wrong! This is a great film that not only pays a fair bestseller base (according to those who have read the book and seen the movie), but the phenomenal cast, great performances by Viola Davis, Emma Stone, Octavia Spencer, Bryce Dallas Howard and Allison Janney. Veteran actress Sissy Spacek and Cicely Tyson also deliver amazing performances. While Tysons character is the key to the story, his job consists of what seems to be a few precious minutes running time 2:20, he gave, in my opinion, is one of the most powerful and moving movie moments. .. one that he did not even do a line (trust me, you'll know when you see it). Help also delivers some moments that are very funny and make you laugh. Badly go so far as to say that this movie, and some of the cast members will perform several Oscar nominations. I definitely think it was a stone to a whole new level.The racial imbalance in 1963 with the help of a well-described, and, of course, emphasized the extent to which the Americans are coming, and how little progress in the past 50 years. Either way, it is a powerful film that should be seen on the big screen as fast as you can get tickets.
