This film had the sad history of being banned in the U.S. due to the incident at Columbine ... which is a shame because it is a treasure ... written and directed by Troy Duffy, Boondocks is set in Boston .. . is the story of Irish children fraternal twins (Connor and Murphy McManus) who work in a meatpacking plant ... when your friend Doc, is being reinforced by the difficult Russian mafia, the kids and their friends step in to help ... and off we go! Two of the most interesting characters in the film is played by veteran actor William Dafoe, and a newcomer to the big screen, David Della Rocco. Dafoes character is Paul Smecker, an FBI agent who specializes in gay organized crime ... Rocco has a package that Italian mafia guy is a great friend of the Irish brothers ... the central theme of the film is the indifference of good .. . Connor and Murphy are not indifferent, and after helping his friend, Doc, the two embark on a crusade to rid the streets of Boston of criminals ... with the help of his friend, comic and quirky, Rocco ... This film had positive elements on all sides ... mood ... a moral message ... and amazing actors ... you will surely find yourself repeating the many memorable quotes from the movie ... I am a woman, and NOT THE everyone in your typical movie Shoot the guy ... this is not one of those movies ... a sense became cult underground ... see ... not be disappointed!
